Education
Because spiritual formation is a life-long journey, at COOS we have Christian education opportunities for all ages. Please check our Events Calendar for upcoming special lectures, forums, classes and activities for children, youth, and adults. Children's Christian Education, Youth Group and the Adult Forum meet on Sunday mornings, 9:45-10:45 a.m., from September through May.
Children's Program
We offer Christian education classes for children pre-K through 5th grade. Please call the office at 434.973.6512 for more information about enrolling your child or volunteer teaching opportunities. Classes meet on the ground floor.
The pre-K and kindergarten classes use the "Catechesis of the Good Sherpherd" curriculum. Read more about it here. The first through fifth grade classes use the "Living the Good News" curriculum. Read more about it here.
See also Children's Ministries to learn about our Kids' Night Out, Summer Celebration (Vacation Bible School), and nursery (for children up to age four). Look for the Children's Ministries Brochure, posted here.

We welcome youth in the 6th-12th grades to join us in Lucia House next to the church for fun, fellowship, and conversation about real matters of life and faith. We also get together monthly for lock-ins, bowling, movie nights, and public service work. Bring your friends!
Our Junior High Group is made up of youth in grades 6-8. The use the "Youth Emmaus" curriculum. Read more about it here.
The Senior High Group is comprised of youth grades 9 through 12. They use the "Living the Good News "\ Episcopal Curriculum" for Youth. Read more about it here.
Each spring, Church of Our Saviour also holds a confirmation class for youth 8th grade and older, with confirmation celebrated in June.
Adult Forum and other Educational Opportunities
